- This notice serves as a presolicitation synoposis. The Government intends to release solicitation M00264-05-R-0001 on or about 2 November 2004. The Government has a requirement to procure the services of a firm to develop the layout and design of the "Marines" Magazine. Base Year Period of Performance is 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005, with four 12-month option year periods. Place of performance will be at the contractor location, which should be located within a 30-mile radius of Pentagon, Arlington, VA.
