Location: Naval Medical Center, San Diego, Nutrition Management Department, Receiving Loading Dock 13, 34800 Bob Wilson Dr. San Diego, CA 92134. Period of performance: 11-05-04 to 09-14-05. Clin 0001AA: (Green-kit) contains: 12x15.5 inch 1 ply napkin, white medium weight styrene knife, fork, spoon (Prodigyflatware), sugar packet, salt & pepper packet and a yellow flex straw. Knife measures 6 ? inches, fork measures 6 inches and the spoon measures 5 ? inches.Sugar, 1-Salt, 1-Pepper. Clin 0001AB: (Orange-kit) contains: 12x15.5 inch 1 p ly napkin, white medium weight styrene knife, fork, spoon (Prodigy flatware), chef seasoning, pepper, saccharine sugar sub and a yellow flex straw.
