Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for Solicitation W52P1J-04-R-0122. Estimated issue date is 17 November 2004 and estimated closing date is 16 December 2004. Items: 30MM M788 TP Cartridge, NSN 1305-01-268-7274, P/N 12902727, Quantity 1,200,980 each and 30MM M848 Dummy Cartridge, NSN 1305-01-268-7273, P/N 12902726, Quantity 22,563 each. The solicitation will contain a 50% option for each item. These requirements are restricted to US and Canadian firms only. Interested offerors must bid on both ite ms. One award will be made as a result of this solicitation. First Article Tests are required. The technical data packages (TDPs) for the M788 and M848 are coded Distribution X which means distribution is authorized to U.S. Government agencies and priva te individuals or enterprises eligible to obtain export-controlled technical data in accordance with regulations implementing 10 USC 140c. To receive the TDPs all offerors must have a current approved DD Form 2345 on file at the Defense Logistics Service Center (http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/). POC is Diane R.
