Description

Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and other items and services (not listed as government furnished) as necessary to provide official use of cable television service at Fort Polk, Louisiana. Prior to award, potential awa rdee must have a current franchise agreement from the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) for cable television service on Fort Polk, LA. The Government is contemplating a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed contract will have a twelve-month base p eriod, with two twelve-month option periods. This solicitation is Unrestricted. Standard Industry Code (SIC) for this project is 4841. The NAICS code is 515210. The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the res ponsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors will be used to evaluate quotes: Price and Past Performance. Quotes must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. CST, on 30 Nov 2004.
