- This is Modification Number 3 to the ISAT Broad Agency Announcement on 30 September 04. Add the following for clarification: BAA section 2.C.4.F, The Ground Reciever consists of 3 basic components; 1) Antenna/receiver 2) RF digitizer 3) Recorder and archive The proposing KTRs shall assume that the basic hardware portion of component #1, an X-band ground RF receiver, will be provided as GFE. This does not include any modification to the equipment or additional components which may be needed to support a specific function, such as a signal generator or additional ground reciever components #2, RF digitizer or #3, recorder and archive. It also does not include any configuration specific engineering or integration costs needed to support a KTR specific functional design configuration.
