- The New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS) has a requirement for Radiology Services for six (6) VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC?s) at various locations within the State of New Mexico. The Contractor shall provide radiology services to include taking x-rays, interpretation and reports. Offerors will be required to possess or obtain all Federal, State, and/or local licenses, certification(s) and accreditation(s) applicable to the provision of radiology services. Copies of all license(s), certification(s) and accreditation(s) to operate in the State of New Mexico shall be current and provided to the NMVAHCS Contracting Office with the Offeror?s proposal. The contract period will be for one (1) year from date of award with four (4) one (1) year options to renew. NAICS Code 621512. Electronic copies of the solicitation will be available at no cost o/a November 15, 2004 at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa. Any amendments to this solicitation will be posted by the VA without notice, and will be available at this same URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments. This is an unrestricted commercial item procurement. No web-based offers will be accepted. It is expected that this solicitation will undergo legal/technical review and changes of an administrative nature can be anticipated. The estimated cost range is $250,000-$500,000.
