- THIS IS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NUMBER BBGCON1505S5480 POSTED ON OCTOBER 21, 2004 FOR R - MUSIC RESEARCH IN THE MIDDLE EAST. This solicitation is hereby amended as follows: Preference points will be awarded for 8(a) and/or HUBZone status. FAR Clauses 52.219-4 "Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns" and 52.219-23 "Notice of Price Evaluation Adjustment for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns" are incorporated by reference into the solicitation as if in full text. Paragraph (b) of 52.219-23 reads as follows: The Contracting Officer will evaluate offers by adding a factor of 10% to the price of all offers.
