- Description
- Construction and reconstruction of portions of Lightning Creek Trail #7 and Alp Lake Trail #158. Work consists of intermittent restortation/rehabilitation of approximately 5 miles of trail. Work to include minor trail relocations (clearing, grubbing and excavation) drainage structures such as rock waterbars, culverts, ditches and turnpikes. Other work includes stream channel cleaning, rock structures at gully/stream crossings, old trail obliteration, construction of rock retaining walls, installation of signs and posts. Motorized equipment will be allowed to the wilderness boundary. Estimated price range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. A request for written quotations will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted to teh FEDBIZOPPS website and will provide all necessary information for quoters to prepare and submit a quote. Anticipated award date is 12 July 2004. Construction is to be completed no later than 30 October 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-JUN-2004).
