- Description
- Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the project Repair Section BD, Building 36. This vacated photo-lab production area shall be divided into organizational areas with systems furniture and offices. Work is to include the replacement and modification of the HVAC system, floors, walls, and ceilings. Floors will be replaced with raised-flooring and carpet tiles. The electrical system will be updated to accommodate systems furniture (utility power) and computer systems (technical power). All photo-lab piping and ventilation systems shall be removed. The women?s restrooms will be refurbished and shall meet ADA standards. The existing fire alarm equipment will be replaced with new Notifier equipment that is completely compatible with the existing Notifier central fire alarm system servicing all Sections of Building 36. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 210 calendar days. The contractor shall be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services. The approximate cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code for this project is 236210, size standard $28.5M. The work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63118. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business.
