- Anticipated Issue date: November 8, 2004. Delivery date: 1 January 2005. This acquisition is for a variety of potted plants and foliages to be furnished year round for resale, to include seasonal and holiday items for the following Defense Commissaries: Barstow MCLB, Fort Irwin, China Lake NAW, Edwards AFB, Twenty-Nine Palms, March AFB, Los Angeles AFB, Camp Pendleton and San Onofre in California. The contractor shall deliver, stock replenish, maintain and care for the plants, and for the appearance of their designated area. Performance will be for a base year plus two one-year options. All requests for a copy of the solicitation must be in writing and should include the solicitation number as well as a complete name and address of the firm, business size status, point of contact, phone and facsimile numbers of the requester or their designated representative.
