Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure four hundred (400) Hood Stack and Rack Systems from J&D INC. This procurement action is for specially manufactured supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Parts 6,302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquision threshold. The procedures in FAR Part 13.106.3 shall be used.
