Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is requesting quotations from vendors for 10,000 pounds of Wax, Fischer-Tropsch Dispersion to be in accordance with BEP Specifications. All interested vendors shall submit a request for RFQ-05-0137 and BEP Sepcifications in writing, via, fax or e-mail. All offers will require acceptability through material sample testing prior to award. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. Delivery terms are FOB Destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Ft. Worth, TX. All responses must be submitted in writing by COB, November 1, 2004 and must be received at the Ft. Worth Facility, attention Loni Spring. All quotatuons must include the unit price, extended price, compnay's name, point of contact, address, phone number, Tax Identification Number and DUNS Number. The successful Bidder must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration data base. The basis for award shall be the price and technical acceptance. Technical acceptability is based on meeting the requirement of the BEP Specification and accpetance by the COTR.
