- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex proposes to contract for 880 lbs of welding rod in accordance with MIL-RCOCR-A-3 dated 16 January 1981 amendment 1 dated 21 August 2004, 1/8? size for delivery FOB destination to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709-5000. NAICS Code 333992 applies with a size standard of 500 people. This procurement will be processed utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13. Request for solicitation packages will be accepted via email, regular mail or express mail only. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All requests shall be addressed to FISC Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex, Attn: Cindi Newcomb, Code 532.4C, Bldg. 1500, 2nd floor, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. IMPORTANT NOTICE.
