- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about approximately 30 November 2004. Reference SOLICITATION NUMBER N68335-05-R-0015. The solicitation will appear on NAVAIR HOME PAGE www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/. The requirement is for an Electronics Enclosure Assembly, Part Number 618430-4, and Quantity of 5, no option. The Electronics Enclosure is a signal processing, distribution, and control center for the Stabilized Glide Slope Indicator System. The Electronics Enclosure drawings are subject to Export Control regulations and will only be released to firms who are certified with the DLSC for receipt of military critical technical data. It is requested that all interested parties submit a current completed and certified DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement to NAWCADLKE Contracting Office. Configuration Management per MIL-STD 973 is required. Higher Level Contract Quality Requirements. Inspection and Acceptance at source. FOB to NAWCAD, Lakehurst, NJ. Delivery due 7 months after date of award. NAVAIR Lakehurst intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract as a 100% small business set aside. Award will be based on a ?Best Value? method of evaluation. Contractors must be CCR registered. The drawing package will be available after the solicitation is posted on the web.
