- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to issue a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) order to the McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Corporation, P. O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-03-G-0009. This order will provide approximately fifteen (15) Kits P/N 74SB2568-A4 and sixteen (16) Kits P/N 74SB2568-A7 as required under ECP 251 (Fatigue Life Improvements of the Center and Aft Fuselage) for the Canadian CF-18 airframe. Boeing is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of these specialized composite items and is the only known source possessing the unique knowledge skills and abilities, expertise, tooling, and technical data necessary to complete the required effort.
