Multiple offers may be considered to meet the total requirement of two (2) tugs. Specifics are as follows: 1. LOCATION: Ingleside, TX; 2. MISSION: tugs to support the Government's requirements; 3. CONTRACT STYLE: Requirements Contract; 4. DELIVERY DATE: 31 December 2004; 5. MINIMUM MOVES: 300 per year; 6.
