Description

The Naval Medical Logistics Command seeks sources to provide one Physical Therapist health care worker services at the Naval Ambulatory Care Center in Port Hueneme, CA. The total quantity and the specific identity of all clinics to be encompassed will be provided in the RFP. The government intends to award a personal service, fixed price contract. The solicitation (RFP) for this procurement is tentatively scheduled for release on or about 16 Nov 04. Health care worker service to be included in this acquisition is for one Physical Therapist services for a base period starting 1 Mar 05 through 30 Sep 05 and will include 5 option periods ending 28 Feb 10. The solicitation for this acquisition will be available electronically, and will be posted on the NMLC home page at http://www-nmlc.med.navy.mil/acquisitions/rfp.asp.
