This requirement is a Base Year Plus 2-Year Option Min: 80 each Max: 240, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This is a (8a) Set-Aside restricted to Tin-Mar Inc. Cage Code: 0V0G3. A Technical Data Package is available. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no te chnical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 80 each, 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 80 each, 209 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the cl osing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in 8(a) businesses are restricted to U.S. 8 (a) Set-Aside businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
