- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement (No Substitutions): Construct a Tactical Operations Command Center (TOPSCC 8, 3 Screen System) to include the following: Frame Assembly with 1 each, A1008, Frame Set Metal TOPSCC8; 1 each, A1018, Frame Set Coating TOPSCC8; 3 each, A1024, Projector Mounts; 3 each, A1026 Projector Hanger Plates; 3 each, A1030, Ram Standoffs; 4 each, A10 33, Soft Sided Screens 6 feet x 8 feet; 1 each, A1037, Soft Sided Replacement Screen 6x8; 4 each, A1041, 25 feet HD 15 M/M; Electronics to include: 3 each, B1000, Viewsonic 3500 Lumen Projector; 3 each, B1003, Spare Projector Bulbs; Miscellaneous to inclu de 1 each, C1037, Time Zone Clock Displays HH:MM:SS; 3 each, D1001, Plug Strips; 100 each, D1002, Power Cord; 6 each, E1007, EDAC Transit Case; 3 each, E1011, Pelican Case for Projectors; 1 each, E1012, Pelican Case for Time Zone Clock; Install Kit, Labor and Delivery. FOB Destination (Fort Hood, Texas 76544). Net 30 with Credit Card Option for Payment. Offers are due no later than 1200 hours, Monday, 1 November 2004 and shall be submitted electronically at virginia.miller@epg.army.mil. EVALUATION CRITER IA / PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the Requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance and Price. The Synopsis/ solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and 2001-23. The NAICs is 541512. The size standard is $21.0. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, and 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Federal Tax Identification Number, Cage Code, Central Contractor Registration Number , DUNS Number and applicable FSC Codes with this offer. FAR Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required Implementing Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items apply to this ac quisition.
