Description

The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract to Install New Vestibules on 5 Each EST Shelters, Fort Stewart, Georgia, complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawing PC-1704, subject to the terms and conditions of the co ntract. Work shall consist of but not be limited to the following: (1) Construct vestibules outside of EST Buildings, two per building, five buildings; (2) Roofs shall be wall mounted aluminum awning with built-in rain gutters with downspouts and splash blocks; (3) Floor shall be build of 2 X 6 pressure treated floor joists with joist hangers and CUM with termite shields on each front corner and in center of door; and (4) Finish floor elevation shall come under protruding threshold at existing entrance door ways. SIC Code is 1542, NAICS Code is 236220 and the Size Standard is $28,500,000.00. Performance time is 60 calendar days. Project is UNRESTRICTED.
