- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation to obtain a contract for the repair of the ALR-56M system components. BEQ: 5 ea; NSN: 6130-01-381-3231EW; P/N: 330454-104, BEQ 5 ea; NSN: 6130-01-408-3805EW, P/N: 330454-106. Option I Min-Max 1-5 ea NSN: 6130-01-362-0928EW; P/N: 330454-103, NSN: 6130-01-381-3231EW; P/N: 330454-104, NSN: 6130-01-408-3805EW, P/N: 330454-106. Option II Min-Max 1-6 ea NSN: 6130-01-362-0928EW; P/N: 330454-103 or 4-603-01, NSN: 6130-01-381-3231EW; P/N: 330454-104 or 4-601-02, NSN: 6130-01-408-3805EW, P/N: 330454-106 or 4-602-03. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Eldec Corporation, 16700 13th Ave West, P.O. Box 97027, Lynnwood WA, 98046-9727, (Cage Code 08748) and Smiths Aerospace, Inc. 1000 Macarthur Memorial Highway, P.O. Box 1000, Bohemia NY, 11716-0999 (Cage Code 1VBY9) under the authority of 6.302-1. The period of performance for this repair is 50 days ARO. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
