- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3030-05-T-0001 issued as a request for quotation. Responses/offers are due by 10 Nov 2004 Please visit www.eps.gov and register to automatically receive procurement notification from EPS. The system will inform you, via e-mail, when there has been activity on EPS concerning this solicitation. Solicitation provisions are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15 and DCN 20000210. This acquisition is restricted 100% for small business. CLIN 0001: Dallas Round Trip 52 Passenger Bus-10 (Each) Buses *Buses must arrive at Goodfellow NLT 2130 hrs on 20 Dec., depart for DFW at approx. 0005 on 21 Dec. *Buses will depart DFW on approx. 4 Jan beginning at 1200, with last bus leaving approx. 1700. (Bus will leave when full). A military member from Goodfellow determines when last bus departs. CLIN 0002: San Antonio Round Trip 52 Passenger Bus-2 (Each) Buses *Buses must arrive at Goodfellow NLT 2130 hrs on 20 Dec., depart for San Antionio International Airport at approx. 0005 on 21 Dec. *Buses will depart San Antonio International Airport on approx. 4 Jan beginning at 1200, with last bus leaving approx. 1700. (Bus will leave when full). A military member from Goodfellow determines when last bus departs. CLIN 0003: Dallas Lovefield Roundtrip 52 Passenger Bus-1 (Each) Buses *Bus must arrive at Goodfellow NLT 2130 hrs on 20 Dec., depart for Dallas Lovefield at approx. 0005 on 21 Dec. *Bus will depart Dallas Love Field on approx. 4 Jan at 1700 or when full. A military member from Goodfellow determines when last bus departs. **All buses and drivers must comply with DOT and State of Texas requirements for commercial transportation.
