- HVAC Maintenance Services Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to operate service, and maintain energy management and control systems (EMCS) at Headquarters, 6th Army Recruiting Brigade in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW). A site visit will be accomplished on Monday, 3 November 2004 at 0900 to give prospective offerors an opportunity to view the facility where the services will be performed.
