- Description
- This is a commercial acquisition conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15. The contractor shall provide dilated retinal photographic exams and maintain appropriate documentation in the computerized medical record. The anticipated number of patients during the initial six-month evaluation period is approximately 1900 patients. Services are to be provided at the Miami VA Medical Center and the Oakland Park Center in Florida. The contract period will consist of one base year, plus two one-year options. This acquisition will be issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside, Code 621999, Size $8.5M. This acquisition will utilize the Best Value Source Selection Method of procurement, with the following evaluation factors: Past Performance and Price. The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror, whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The offeror is responsible for downloading all amendments and other documents from the BOS website without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Miami FL.
