- A/E firm to provide all professional, technical, and investigative services to prepare working drawings, cost estimates, and construction period services for project, "Tuckpointing Bldg. 1", at the DVA Medical Center, Iowa City, IA. Building 1 is the main building on campus and is the primary care patient care building. This building was opened in 1952 and has never had a tuckpointing project. At this time there are many areas which have deteriated to a point that the mortar is virtually non-existant. This building is a thirteen story highrise health care facility. The area of consideration is within 150 mile radius of this facility. Estimated construction cost range $500,000 to $1,000,000. Firms desiring consideration shall submit their qualifications and past performance on SF 330 (Architect Engineer Qualifications) and, for any consultants, on SF 330 Extra Sections E and F, no later than 11/29/04.
