- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration, FAA, has a requirement to operate a Cafeteria/Concession Snack Bar at the Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), 824 East Market Street, Leesburg, VA. Performance is estimated to begin January 1, 2005 thru September 30, 2005 with four (4) one year option periods. The operator is required to establish and operate in his/her name a cafeteria, vending, and snack bar concession for the purpose of selling foods, non-alcholic beverages and such other items as may be authorized. The cafeteria will operate seven (7) days a week including all government holidays, with the hours of operation being 6:00 A.M. thru 8:00 P.M. A hot breakfast, hot lunch and hot evening meal is required. This is a no cost contract with prevailing Department of Labor Wage rates. The equipment is government furnished.
