- This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications (HUBZone 8(a), 8(a), HUBZone, Small Disadvantage Business, Woman Owned Business, Veteran Owned Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business ,Large Business) relative to NAICS Code 541614 small business size standard not to exceed $6,000,000 gross annual receipts. Responses to this sources sought synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate determinations about potential sources only. The intended contract shall provide for a one-year base period with the Government having the option to extend the contract in one-year increments four option years. After review of the responses to this sources sought announcement a solicitation announcement may be published in the Federal Business Opportunities at a later time. Responses to this notice shall include company name, address, point of contact, size of business pursuant to North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) and must respond to the following questions: 1) Is your business a small business under the NAICS code? 2) Does your firm qualify as a small disadvantaged business? 3) If disadvantaged specify if your firm certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act? 4) Are you considered a certified HUBZone firm? 5) Are you considered woman-owned or operated business? 6) Are you a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned? 7) Is your business a large business? Please provide a capability statement addressing your organization?s ability to perform as a prime contractor the work described below: Domain VIII: Logistical Support (NAICS 541614) (Small Business Size Standard Not to Exceed $6,000,000 Annual Average Receipts) The capability to perform a range of activities in support of meetings/conferences . These activities include: arranging travel, hotel accommodations, and reimbursement of per diem for travelers and consultants; writing and sending pre meeting/conference notices and agendas, retaining consultants as guest speakers, arranging facility and support services for meetings and conferences; conduct sensitivity searches of proposed meeting sites and dates to determine conflicts with religious, cultural, national or local events that may interfere with any aspect of the meeting or conference ; arranging all hotel logistics including blocks of rooms, meeting space, audiovisual support, materials, and agenda packets. The capability to make arrangements for meetings ranging in size from 10 participants to 500 participants. For larger meetings, the Contractor may need to arrange for a planning group of field representatives to plan for the agenda and content of the meeting. This is not request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract.
