Description

The department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services through a combined synopsis/solicitation procedure is requesting the following services: Psychiatric Services. Responsible for providing a wide range of psychiatric services in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service Alcohol/Substance Abuse Programs, consistent with Chapter 18 and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) Behavioral Health Standards. The Government?s objective is to obtain services from a contractor through firm-fixed price Personal Services Contract, who can perform the statement of work (SOW) outline in the solicitation. Period of performance: Date of award/hire through September 30, 2005. Solicitation packages are available today, Wednesday, October 27, 2004. Electronic format is available.
