Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ R3-WZ-05-007 and is issued as a Request for Quotations. The NAICS code is 337214. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 25, October5, 2004. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. 52.212-2, Evaluations Commercial Items: the evaluation criteria stated in paragraph (a) of this provision are as follows: (1) delivery time, and (2) past performance, delivery time and past performance, when combined, are approximately equal to price. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items. 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. In paragraph (b) of 52.212-5, the following apply: 52.203-6, 52.219-6, 52.219-8, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-3, 52.225-13, 52.232-33.SCOPE: Furnish all labor, materials, and incidentals to provide and install dispatch furniture consoles for the Tonto National Forest Supervisor?s Office. LOCATION: The furniture will be required to be delivered to Tonto National Forest, 2324 E. McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85006. SPECIFICATIONS: The dispatch consoles shall be three (3) stations, two (2) adjoining and one (1) separate. The separate console is adjacent to the two adjoining stations. The overall dimension of the space for the three workstations is 24? by 6?6?. The room size is approximately 34? x 17?. Each station must hold three (3) 19? flat screen monitors. Each station must have adjustable keyboard platforms and hold two keyboards and mouse. The panels behind the stations must not exceed 42? in height and be acoustic panels to absorb general office sounds. Electronic components within the consoles must be secured. The console furniture must provide the ability to securely house internal electronics and CPU?s. CPU?s should be housed within cabinets integral to the console furniture to ensure property security for the equipment and the cabinets
