- Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required to Remodel Bathrooms at U.S. Coast Guard Housing, Station Ludington, Ludington, MI. Remove existing floor finishes and underlayment down to the existing subfloor and make repairs as indicated. Install new underlayment and new solid vinyl tile flooring in all units. Install new lavatory counter and sinks in all units as indicated on the Drawings. Install new lavatory faucet sets and associated plumbing in all units. Make minor repairs to the existing casework and trim. Apply new clear finish to all wood casework, trim, doors and bath accessories. Install new sealant and paint existing walls and ceilings. Replace vanity combination drawer cabinet and wall cabinet in unit 1006 only. Additive Work Item: Replace vanity combination drawer cabinet and tall vanity linen cabinet and install new wall cabinet as indicated on the Drawings in units 1002, 1004, and 1008. Work associated with these items are described in the following specification sections and/or are shown on the contract drawings. Incidental work items not listed above and necessary for completing the project shall be included. Period of Performance is 90 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS. When available, the solicitation documents will be available for download exclusively from the Internet by accessing the government-wide Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.eps.gov. Interested parties are encouraged to register at the website to be notified when information on this project is uploaded. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely to the FedBizOpps website. NOTE: For security reasons, the US Coast Guard now distributes the Technical Data Package (TDP) portion of solicitations though the Federal Technical Data Package Solution (FedTeds) website.
