- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This will be a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic period of 365 calendar days with four one-year options. The MATOC is for minimal design and construction efforts at various GSA facilities supported by the GSA Northwest/Arctic Region 10, Western Service Center located in Seattle, Washington, the Eastern Service Center located in Spokane, Washington, and the Property Management Office located in Boise, Idaho. Individual task orders placed against each MATOC will be competed among other awardees and will vary in anticipated size ranging from $2,000.00 to $2,000,000.00. The government anticipates awarding a minimum of three contracts for each service area. The solicitation may be restricted to qualified 8(a) firms serviced by the Small Business Administration Region 10 offices and/or qualified Service Disabled Veteran owned businesses. The government will use the information obtained from this sources sought announcement to make a set-aside determination. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220.
