Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order using the Simpified Acquisition (SA) process to VanDyke Software, Inc., 4848 Tramway Ridge Drive, NE, Suite 101, Albuquerque, NM 87111-2873 for a maintenance agreement for SecureCRT + Secure FX software that is used to provide secure, encrypted access to the UNIX environment from the NT desktop. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 511210 and the small business size standard is $21.0. VanDyke Software, Inc. is a proprietary provider of this information, therefore, this procurement is a SOLE SOURCE and NO solicitation is available. Letters and telephone requests will not be accepted and are considered non-responsive to this announcement. However, contractors with this capability may submit a PROPOSAL WITH PRICING to be considered by the Government no later than 15 days after the date of this announcement. See Numbered Note 22.
