- FISC Norfolk, Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department, Philadelphia, PA intends to solicit on an unrestricted basis information technology sustainment support services for the framework and existing services within Naval Medical Online (NMO) for the Naval Medical Information Management Center (NMIMC), Bethesda, MD. NMO is Naval Medicine?s new online presence representing, hosting, and integrating Naval Medicine business processes and information into a consolidated, manageable, and tailored view of execution. It is anticipated the Navy will solicit for a Firm Fixed Price type contract covering a base period and options totaling 60 months, if all options are exercised. Interested vendors will be asked to submit price and technical proposals. The evaluation for contract award will consider technical more important than cost. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 811212 with a size standard of $21 million. Prospective offerors will be able to obtain a copy of the solicitation for this requirement once it is posted at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (www.neco.navy.mil).
