- Description
- The Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department, Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Division intends to solicit on a small business set-aside basis for Project Management Support to Occupational Health (OH) Information Management/ Information Technology Systems for the Naval Medical Information Management Center (NMIMC), Bethesda, MD. The current Navy Legacy (OH) system functionality must be migrated into common tri-service systems that will eventually be migrated into a Composite Healthcare Computer System. The Navy intends to solicit for a Time and Material type contract for a base period with 4 options, totaling 60 months if all options are exercised. The estimated level of effort for the base year is 3,645 labor hours; 24,300 labor hours if all options are exercised. Interested vendors will be asked to submit cost and technical proposals. The evaluation for contract award will consider technical more important than cost. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 with a size standard of $21 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this requirement shall be posted at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (www.neco.navy.mil).
