- MODIFICATION: This acquisition is SOLE SOURCE, per 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) to ABB Inc. (Cage Code: 32669). JUSTIFICATION: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one responsible sources due to the required skills, equipment, technical data and equipment expertise to satisfy this requirment necessary to provide the war fighters the cabability to insure the integrity on this equipment. NOTE: THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT OWN DATA OR DRAWINGS. No other type of Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency requirements. Also, the Response date is hereby changed FROM: 17 November 2004; TO: 20 November 2004. The POC's phone number is: (478) 926-0061.
