Award will be made only if the offer, the product/service of the manufacturer meets the qualification requirements at the time of award, in accordance with FAR Clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. SURPLUS MATERIAL IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! Due to the critical and complex design, this item requires engineering source approval by the design/control activity in order to maintain the quality of this critical part. Other sources must qualify IAW the design control activity procedures, as approved by the cognizant government engineering activity. The following sources are the only known suppliers which can satisfy the government?s requirements for this item. Approved Sources: Aeronautical Systems Inc.
