- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Strategic Interactions, Inc., 527 Maple Avenue, East, Vienna, VA, to serve as consultants, advisors, trainers and researchers in support of the U.S. Secret Service?s National Threat Assessment Center (NTAC). The work to be performed shall include development of training curriculums and presentations to perform external/internal training to members of the law enforcement community and school administrators regarding school-based/workplace violence, other areas of targeted violence, and judicial issues. This requirement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. No formal solicitation package is available. Any inquiries must include a full capability statement and must be received no later than five (5) days after publication of this synopsis. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22 ? 45 days is changed to read five (5) days.
