- The USPS is issuing a solicitation to purchase 382 spotters. Any resulting contract is contingent upon approval of funding by the USPS Board of Governors. The Postal Service reserves the right to issue multiple awards. Bidding for this solicitation package will be conducted through the Global eProcure online bidding process.
