Title: Maintenance Garage Building 601 and Foundation Demolition Building 603, Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg PA Scope of Work: The work includes demolition and removal of a concrete building foundation and slab approximately 32' x 140' and construction of a maintenance garage including concrete block walls, metal roof, overhead door with operator, personnel door, windows, lights and incidental related work. Estimated Price Range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. Number of Days in Contract: 120 Number of Offer Items: One with construction option for the overhead door. NAICS Code: 236210 Industrial Building Construction $28.5 Million. Prospective contractors must register in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award. Offerors are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award. Specifications and drawings will not be directly provided in a paper hard copy format or CD-ROM.
