Description: The work consists of dredging approximately 500,000 cubic yards of maintenance material from both a deep draft and a shallow draft channel. No levee work. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1 million and $5 million. The North Am erican Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $17 million. The Galveston District's Subcontracting goals are: Small Business - 41.3%; Small Disadvantaged Business - 15.8%; Wom an-Owned Small Business - 5.6%; Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business - 1.0%; Hubzone Small Business - 7.5%. Bid Opening will be held in Room 175. The plans and specifications will only be available via our website, on the issue date.
