- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being reque sted and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110, size standard $6.0M. REQUIREMENT is for approximately 13-person lodging AT or IN the vicinity of Fort Bliss, El Paso, TX during the period commencing o/a Nov 1, 2004 through-- (a) Nov 30, 2004, 30 days, 1 room; (b) Dec 15, 2004, 45 days, 1 room; (c) Dec 31, 2004, 61 days, 1 room; (d) Jan 3, 2005, 64 days, 3 rooms; (e) Feb 20, 2005, 112 days, 6 rooms; and (f) Date TBD, 1 room. Government reserves the right to reduce, increase the number of required rooms as necessary based on contingency requirements. Likewise the Government reserves the right to exit, extend term of lodging as necessary based on conti ngency requirements. This is a best value procurement, price and other factors considered. Other factors include availability, location, accomodations and facilities. Only offers received from lodging facilities within El Paso, TX will be considered for aw ard. Government reserves the right to inspect facilities of those being bid. The federal authorized rate for the El Paso, TX local area is NTE $70 per day.
