- Point of contact for this action at Regional Contracting Office, Seckenheim: Sigrid Thurecht, PH: 011-49-621-487-3399 (DSN 375-3399), email sigrid.thurecht@rcoskn.usacce.army.mil. Description: During the performance period of the resulting contr act, contractor shall provide high quality hand tools to Army installations located in Europe. Contractor shall perform management, operations, and direct truck delivery of hand tools. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, st andards, codes, and commercial practices for all countries. The Contractor is also responsible for adherence to all installation requirements and directives at Army, Europe and USAREUR Seventh Army installations (USAREUR/7A). Services shall include but a re not limited to: direct delivery truck distribution of hand tools to installation repair and maintenance points within the areas of responsibilities in Germany, Italy, and the BENELUX. A purchase description and a list of locations will be incorporated in the solicitation and the resulting award. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, training, resident/work permits and licenses required in host nation countries wherein deliveries occur. Performa nce period: 1 Mar 05 28 Feb 06 and four option years. The proposed solicitation will employ best value trade-off procedures. Offerors shall address technical/managerial approach, past performance, and experience in accordance with the instructions to offerors which will be incorporated in the request for proposal.
