- Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, test equipment, parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to replace and install a Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC) elevator located in Bldg. 3221 to a satisfactory operational condition in accordance with manufacturer?s specifications and the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall remove existing Litton Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC) Elevator, and shall replace and install a new VRC. New VRC shall have 180? Net Vertical Travel, 460/3/60 Operating Voltage, standard call/send modes, control logic for the lift and interface panel and control voltage shall be 110VAC. Period of Performance: Services shall be completed within 30 days after date of contract, or the earliest possible date. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Destination: Tinker AFB, OK. The Request for Quote (RFQ), F7MADW42460100, will be posted on this website and issued via email. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 04 Nov 2004 and approximate response date for bids 03 Dec 2004.
