- This announcement is amended to change the period of performance to a Base Year and Four Options Years of service, totaling a possible five year contract capacity. The Okanogan and Wenatchee National Forest intends to procure Janitorial Services for the Cle Elum Ranger District. This is considered a commercial acquisition pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This project is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561720 and Size Standard is $14 Million. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide custodial services for six buildings, totaling approximately 13,000 square feet of cleaning space. The solicitation will be made available on or about October 15, 2004. Quotations will be due on or about October 29, 2004. The solicitation will contain the site visit information.
