- The United States Postal Service: is soliciting proposals for the West York, PA. Branch Post Office. Facility to be located within a one mile radius of the intersection of Rt 30 and Rt. 74 (Carlisle Rd). 4100+- square feet of suitable space located in an existing building. Building may be free standing or located in a multi-tenant building provided that adequate parking and loading areas are available. Property must be suitably zoned or capable of being re-zoned for postal use. Buildings outside the preferred area will be considered only if they offer superior location or economic advantages. Offeror must own or control the site and must state the lease rate. The United States Postal Service reserves the right to negotiate with any and all offerors.
