- LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT within the Baltimore, Maryland area. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in market information on the potential of leasing office and related space consisting of a maximum of approximately 205,632 BOMA usable square feet of warehouse space. The Government shall require outside parking, which must be dedicated to the Government (includes spaces assigned as per accessibility requirements). Public Transportation is required with a minimum of regularly scheduled stops every 30 minutes between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.; every 30 minutes between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and every hour between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. LOCATION: THE OFFICE SPACE MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS OF DOWNTOWN BALTIMORE, MARYLAND. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 1, 2005. Express OF Interest Shall be submitted by December 1, 2004, 4:00pm and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet and BOMA usable rate per square foot.
