- Mid-term Availability (MTA), with no dry docking, for the USNS ERICSSON (T-AO 194) [Length, 677 ft. 6 in.; Breadth, 97 ft. 6 in.; Full Load WL, 36 ft. 0 in. in ABL; Gross Tonnage, 20,706 TONS; Maximum Displacement, 42,382 TONS]. The Period of Performance for this requirement is to start 15 March 2005 and end 14 April 2005. The area of consideration is CONUS West Coast. The major items for this availability are as follows: (1) Flight Deck Preservation. (2) DFM Cargo Settling Tank Preservation. (3) Starboard Main Engine Overhaul (4) P&S Central Exhaust Manifold Insulation. (5) Nr. 4 SSDG Overhaul. (6) Vacuum Sewage Collection Piping Cleaning. (7) 06 Air Handler Repair & Insulation. (8) Gallery and Scullery Exh Vent Duct. Only written (regular mail or Fed-Ex) requests will be accepted. The estimated issue date for this solicitation is 10 November 2004.
