- The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Office of Surface Water, Water Resources Discipline (WRD), has a requirement for commercial-off-the shelf graphical rating and shift application software, customized to meet WRD requirements, and subsequent technical support services. This software will be used to (1) provide a consistent graphical method for rating development and shift analysis and (2) will interface with the USGS's National Water Information System (NWIS) Automated Data Processing Systems ADAPS) database. Solicitation No. 05HQSS0004 is only available electronically and will be posted on Electronic Commerce on or about November 5, 2004. Once issued, the solicitation may be viewed on the Department of the Interior Business Opportunities Web Page at http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
