- Description
- The Defense Contracting Command Washington, on behalf of U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Staff, G3, Plans and Policy Directorate, intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Army Security Cooperation Program Support. The requirements include Securi ty Cooperation Advice and Assistance (including Policy Review and Analysis; Multinational Force Compatibility (MFC) Office of Record for International Standardization Agreements (ORISA) Support; Travel/Per Diem Support for MFC and Other Army Security Coope ration-Related Activities; Planning, Programming and Budget Support; Regional and Transregional Programs Support; Army Senior Leader Security Cooperation Meetings Support; Schools Oversight Support; Latin America Cooperation Fund Support; American, British , Canadian and Australian Armies (ABCA) Program Transformation Support; Civil Military Emergency Planning (CMEP) Support; Foreign Liaison Protocol Support; Foreign Liaison Operations Assistance; International Military Student Orientation Program Support; H QDA Gift Locker Support; Strategic Communications and Public Affairs Support; Conference and Meeting Support; DoD Executive Agent Support; and, International Commemorations Support) and Project Management. The work requires up to a TOP SECRET Clearance. These services are currently supported through Contract Number DASW01-00-D-0002 with BCP International Limited. The proposed period of performance will be for a base period of twelve (12) months, with four (4) one-year options. The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, NAICS 541611. It is anticipated that the Solicitation Number W74V8H-05-R-0001 will be issued on or about 04 November 2004.
