- The Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base California, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to Great River Technology, Inc. This acquisition is for 2ea P/N FCAV2S-VID-4CH-001 ? 4-Channel FC-AV Converter . The units are used in support of the C130 Amp Aircraft. Great River Technology, Inc. is the only identified source able to provide FCAV2S-VID-4CH-001 with the capability to convert fiber optical video to S-video and compatible with ANSI INCITS 356-2002. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334220 and the size standard is 750.
